Special General Meeting of The Killie Trust

This is your official notification of a properly requested SGM by the members.

To be held on 20th of July 2016 at 7.00pm for 7.30pm in the The Killie Browser, Railway Village, Platform 1, Kilmarnock Train Station, Kilmarnock.

In accordance with the rules of the Trust, 21 members have requested a Special General Meeting.

The purpose of this SGM is to discuss and vote on the following proposition:

“The Members of the Kilmarnock Supporters’ Society Ltd wish the Board to support the proposal, using the Society's entire shareholding in Kilmarnock Football Club Limited, for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Kilmarnock Football Club Limited which will undertake a vote of no confidence in Michael Johnston (Director, Kilmarnock Football Club Ltd).”

This will be the only business of the SGM.
