Be The Boss - Taylor Lynn

This week's "Boss" is KillieTalk TV's Taylor Lynn. Taylor does his own Killie VLOG (we think that's what the kids call it) and he volunteered to take the job on this week amid so many personnel changes. Brave indeed!

Following last weeks poor performance in the Scottish Cup I think that most fans can agree with me that there needs to be a few changes in the team. I'll be going with a 4-2-3-1 formation

GOALKEEPER
Jamie MacDonald - I don't see why he was dropped last week, I think that Freddie Woodman should have been kept for "lesser" league games if they were ever to arise. I think MacDonald should be back in for Saturday

RIGHT BACK
Luke Hendrie - Luke has been one of the best players Clark has brought through the door, in my opinion, and has been solid at right back therefore for me he keeps his place.

CENTRE BACK
Scott Boyd - Scott missed out last week. I guess give new boys Karleigh Osbourne and Kristoffer Ajer a chance. I felt that the two new centre backs starting together in such a big game was a bad call by Clark and I think that Scott Boyd should come back into the side.

CENTRE BACK
Kristoffer Ajer - Again, in my opinion, he played the better of the two centre backs last week and deserves to keep his place, if Addison is back fit I would have him here instead but I'm not sure if he is or not so for Ajer starts along side Scott Boyd.

LEFT BACK
Greg Taylor - Is it just me that thinks that Greg Taylor has been so consistent this year? I can't remember him having a poor game, for me I'd put him as young player of the year (so far anyway) so I'd have him also keeping his place for Saturday.

HOLDING MIDFIELD
Gary Dicker - Gary Dicker has put in some good performances recently, in particular Inverness and Partick Thistle where he was being played out of position. So for me he should remain in front of the back four for the game against Ross County.

HOLDING MIDFIELD
Steven Smith - Throughout the course of the season so far, I think that Gary Dicker and Steven Smith have developed a good relationship whilst playing in front of the back four and I can see them improving playing together, however I would like another player brought in for that position.

RIGHT WING
Nathan Tyson - With his amazing pace, I'd like to see Nathan Tyson be played on a wide role, I think it could have the same effect as it did with Josh Magennis and hopefully can finally hit a good run of form.

ATTACKING MIDFIELD
Sean Longstaff - I felt like Sean had an okay game last week, not amazing, but every time he got the ball he wanted to play it forward which is promising and I think he deserves a second chance playing behind the striker for Saturday.

LEFT WING
Adam Frizzell - I would have someone different playing here but due to Jordan Jones' poor performance last week there is nobody else that can fulfil this position. I do prefer Frizzell to be down the middle but I think he deserves a chance over Jones who hasn't been at it the last couple of games. Hopefully this can be Frizzell's time to get a run of games in the first team as I think he's ready to make the step up.

STRIKER
Kris Boyd - I know this is a bit of a controversial call, but due to the departure of fan favourite Souleymane Coulibaly, I think this could be the game for Boyd to get back amongst the goals. He has scored five goals in his last seven games against the Staggies so hopefully he can put the ball in the back of the net again on Saturday.
